No Sound on the computers speaker

Hello,

I just got the power supply chaeged of my assembled computer, At first the speakers worked when i connected the wires then it just went off (sound) now my computer does not detect he speaker plug (jack when plugged in)..
Dont knw how to get the thing working ..got real tek driver

recheck the connection

as well as the drivers in device manager

if missing install
