This HDD does not shown in explorer

Hello,
I have a HP Laptop has an IDE HDD, this HDD does not shown in computer explorer, then i used IDE to USB converter and connected it to another PC, But it (HDD) still disappear in computer explorer.
what I can do to recover my data from it ?
If would you please give me steps to do that ?

I think that this HDD is damaged if it is not recognized!

I am sorry for you, i will advise you to use another one
