Problem with msn

Hello,


I'm having problems with my msn for 4 days now. I am unable to send files and to show my webcam to my contacts. I am using windows plus live 4.82. I've try sending files and webcam through my yahoo messenger and it works, the problem is with msn. Please i need help. Thanks
