Mac OS error 1409

Hello,
I have tried to update my flashplayer, I have gone to system preferences and done the updates. However, I tried to download the new adobe flash and this message pops up:

"This movie can not be opened
Mac OS error- 1409

I have tried to uninstall flash player, and it was successful, but now I can not download the new one.

Does anyone know what is wrong. I have tiger 10.4.11. Intel. Thanks for the help.
