Can't find my ipod classic

Hello,

I got an ipod classic 5th generation. My computer and itunes dosen't show my ipod. I have tried evreything, still dosen't show on other computers. can someone help me?. I aready tried the "run" regedit thing, download the new itune and neither works.

Dear Sir,

You could be having hardware troubles.

Make sure that the cable that you use is not damaged.

Try using another one.

Also try connecting the cable through another USB port.
