computer showing im not online Closed

Hello,
im having differcalty in trying to sort my computer out, in the bottom right hand corner theres 2screens that if your online it has a glowing symble on it but im online and the screens have a red x on them does anyone know how to sort this. thanks

Deactivate the function to work offline.

This will allow you to work online again.
