Dear Sir,
Suppose that your Power Point file is named as 'one'.
You can alternatively get on Command Prompt and type the following command:
run one.ptt
This will hence open the file instead of opening the file and pressing F5.
Yet you could just right click on the file and click show instead.
It will be far more easy.
