Fatal error

Hello,
iI have a ZG5 netbook.i want to reformat it but the recovery wont work.when i click the acer erocovery management this one will come out "eRecoveryUI.exe-Fatal error"CLR error:8007000b The program will now terminate.Pls help me..or give me a recovery file.

Dear Sir,

This indicates that the eRecovery.exe file is not working properly.

Please try repairing the file and hence it will not be malfunctioning.
