Hello,
cannot send private messages to friends and family on facebook contacted them and then it worked.
added new friend same problem back again.
cannot get in touch with fbook keep getting help pages
internet connection keeps closing down but works o.k with other sites e.g msn, hotmail etc
any answers please

hi there,

try to delete the cookies and clear the cache

of your browser by pressing on tools >options

if the same issue the contact facebbok support
