Hello,
The letter m of my loptop is not working. I followed the instruction to change the m key in my laptop but it didn't work, I think that it must be a different problem. Can you tell me what else can be?

hi there,

clean the keys on your keyboard

may be there is dust stuck under the buttons

check it with a usb keyboard also
