When i start computer, in the beginning a mes

Hello,
When i start computer, in the beginning a message is comes which is Can not find script file "C:\windows\system32\SemiAntiVirus.vbs." so while closin that program, my computer get hang & then i have to restart my computer. So pls get rid of this problem..

hello,

do you succeed to open your session without closing that program ?

If no, do you succeed in safe mode with "network" (I am not sure of the expression) ?
