Password lost and secret question changed

Hello,
please , i'm in a bad situation , very bad, today , at 8am , when i wanted to open my mail , they said that i was using a wrong password, first of all , i clicked to < forget password > and as usually i use my secret question but when i saw my secret question it was something different and of course i'm far from knowing what can be the answer of this strange question chosen by i dont know who???? please , i have an exam next week and in my mailbox i have some documents that i must download to pass my exam , please , thats the only one email that i have and i have always used that for years and i'm ready to give you all informations about that , please help me , thanx a lot
