File Sharing

Hello,
I am trying to share files with my bosses computer *which is the administrator* we are trying to be able to see the office files that we work on from both computers. How does this process work? I have printed out instructions and followed them but still cant see the files or any changes....What are we doing wrong?

Take a look on the simple file sharing or share file with user/group permission article, hope able to help you.
