Blank Screen when I turn on my laptop

Hello,
Hi when I turn on my laptop it starts to boot up but there is no display on screen my windows display doesn't even come up it is just totally black.

You will need to have a qualified repair shop fix either the "inverter" or "backlight".

pls...make sure your vga cord are properly installed
is there any beeps...if have...try to check the memory and the vga..
