Hello,my name is eric i will like if you can answer, my question is that my messenger has problems loading when i press sing in it says it has a troubel shot but it dosen't let me load and  it has happen for 5 weeks and i try going for help and dosen't work,please help me please.

Dear Eric,

Have you checked whether you have connection to internet. Please confirm it to see if this is not the reason 

why you are having this problem. If the connection is set and you still have the same problem, please clear

all the catches and cookies. This should solve the matter.
