System powers off automatically

Hello,
My system powers off automatically like someone powered off the CPU's when i try to convet videos to mp4 format.But the system works fine apart from this.I even downlaod continuosly for 24 hrs.

Could you please specify which software you are actually using for converting videos to MP4 format please.
