Resync ipodtouch w/o deleting everything????

Hello,
i recently got a new hard drive, which therefore deleted my itunes to where my ipod touch was synced to. i redownloaded itunes with my new hard drive but now the itunes in which my ipod was synced to is gone and i cant resync it with the new itunes b/c it will delete everything. what do i do?????

You can't do it with iTunes but there are may other programs that will copy from the ipod to your PC.
Copytrans is just one of may you can find on the web: https://www.copytrans.net/copytrans/
