Cd/dvd drive

Hello,

I'm a computer illiterate. I have an error 19 with my cd/dvd drive. In other words I can't find it, and don't know where to start. HELP.

Dear Sir,

It could be a problem coming up from the IDE controller. I will therefore be advising you to delete or still

uninstall it by getting access to the device manager. You will then have to restart your PC and have the problem

solved.
