Hello there, I'm using the following:
Notebook VAIO FW
Windows 7 home premium
Mcafee total protection (latest version)
Everything worked just fine until 1 week ago when suddenly I couldn't login anymore to my inbox at: inbox.hostelworld.com eventhough I type the correct user name and password!! (from any other computer i can login just fine)
I've already tried to delete all cookies, history, java etc. I even formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows and it didn't work (!)
Mcafee didn't find any virus but MSNcleaner did find a virus in the file explorer.exe in the system32 folder. The virus couldn't be removed (or was removed and came back).
I don't know if both things are related but if someone knows how to help me I'll be greatfull! I tried everything!!!!!
It might have been that these specific websites have been blocked on the actual web browser that you are using. Please consider using an alternative browser to see whether the problem gets solved.
