Pictures are not clear

Hello,
i am contiously facing a problem of blurr pictures while using internet, which save on my computer they are clear, only pictures on intenate browsing are not clear plz reply us thank u

Dear Sir,

It might be resulting from your graphic card becoming old. Please have it

replaced and have the solution solved.
