Hello,
Can someone help me reset administrator and or password for my compaq pc with windows vista home premium I can log on as guest and get to command prompt. Thanx in advance

Hi,
You can enter safe mode(In the safe mode have a administrator account[no have password] ) then go to control panel change your account administrator password.To enter Safe mode Press F8 when PC boosting .

When I enter safe mode it goes to login page and I go to log on as guest and it says conact administrator ...but It will let me log on in reg mode and I can access command prompt
