Dear Sir,
Please consider checking whether the microphone is plugged in the correct port. It will be the pink one or if
there is no color indication, please look for the image indication for the righ port. Also check the configuration
settings of the microphone, this might be the problem. Get to the Sound And Audio Devices Properties found in
the Control Panel. Get on the Audio tab and select the proper default device. If it still doesn't work, please get to
the Volume Control Panel and then to properties, activate the Mic and adjust the volume. This should solve the
problem.
