Hello,

I have the same problem. A few days ago, I had changed my pc's language to japanese. And now, there are all these retangular boxed where the letters use to be after I had restarted my computer. And system restore will no longer allow me to reach it. Not only that, but it seems I can no longer access the regional language settings on my pc either. I'm using Windows Vista 32-bit. Thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide me with.

I'm currently using Ultimate Home Edition 32-bit.
