How do i turn bluetooth on?Closed

Please help me. I have a Vista 5611 Laptop and i want to know how i can turn my bluetooth on. Whenever i try to search for my phone on the laptop bluetooth devices, It can never find it!! How am i going to do this? and how do i turn my bluetooth on on the laptop cuz weneva i clik on settings it neva cliks it. if you have any ideas then email them to lucinda_anne07@msn.com

Dear Lucy,

Please get to the Control Panel and select Network and Internet. From there you will have to set up the 

bluetooth enabled device. Then just follow the instructions in order to activate your bluetooth.
