System restarting automayicallly

Hello,

my system is restarting automatically.i tried everything even it is not accepting bootable windows cd .thats by unable to format system again.what can i do.?

i also check every coonection of my system ..checked ram connection everything..which is possible.

but unable to start my system. i am using windows xp serviice pack 2.

follow the steps below:

1. Remove the RAM slots and clean it.se to that no dust are there.

2. Check the heat sink wheather it is getting too hot.If it is then apply the thermal paste.

3. Remove the system battery and replace it with new battery.

sir, first of all you unplagged your pc proccer and then you plugged proccer
