Unfound refresh button

Hello,
Searched around my Acer, I'm a virgin to all computers!!!!!, can't find the refresh button!!! Thought I'd find it on the tools menu but had no luck there! Don't even know if it makes any difference but I've got an Acer 5738Z. Please help!!
