How to boot when boot device is not visible

Hello,
In my Lenevo desktop the Boot device is not visible in Setup Utility. The operating system is not run properly. Memory dumping is come out from the desktop when the operating system is not run. So I want to reinstal the operating system. How I can do ?

hi there,

insert windows installation cd in drive

start pc and hold F8

this process will bring you to windows installation

then follow the on screen instructions
