My bluetooth does not work

Hello,
I have a inspiron 1525 and i can't seem to get the bluetooth to work....when i go to Control Panel - Hardware and Sound......i see the bluetooth icon but when i click on it i see "0 items" and the bluetooth settings is not responding......also the bluetooth light is blank while the WiFi light is on.....what could cause this? plz help!!!!!!

hi there,

check the driver in device manager

press start+r

type devmgmt.msc

if missing it will be in yellow triangle

then use driver cd to fix it

I also got bluetooth device not detected
