Mouse not working and note pad create

Hello,
When i switched on my PC my mouse locked in centre and a note pad will be open. Please tell me the solution of this problem

Dear Sanjay,

Please carry out a virus scan in order to see whether your PC is not infected. Also check whether the mouse

is well plugged. Try plugging another mouse to see whether the mouse is not faulty too. This should

bring you to the problem source.
