Counter strike source

Hello,
i click my steam and counter strike logo and it comes up with this. steam.exe (main exception) CMultiMieldBlob(pserialized): partial field header at end of record. wat does it mean and what do i do whoever asnwers this thank you so much

Dear Sir,

This is the file that is actually be executed for the process. If the file is corrupted, it indicates

it to you and hence you should repair it or replace it by a not corrupted one.
