back and check all connection cables inside cpu

                    If you have a grapics card installed remove it and all pci, agp cards, i.e graphics, modem etc.  Reseat the graphics card nothing else and boot up the machine see what happens.  
The idea is you install 1 card at a time until u get the error which you will then know which 1 is the problem.
Could be a possible faulty data cable from monitor to pc, so try another.
If you have onboard graphics as well as graphics card remove graphics card enable the onboard vga in the bios and then try boot ensure graphics card removed from pc
