Opening my e-mails

Hello,
Why cant I open my e-mails from windows live messenger?

Dear Rosy,

Normally when you select the option for opening your inbox from MSN Messenger, it automatically

opens a new tab for in your browser for having access to your mail. You will not be able to have

access to your mail through your your MSN Messenger directly.

Thanks for your speedy reply.
I can open e-mails from windows live messenger but only intermittently. When I click on open your e-mail box I get a weak signal sometimes and no signal at other times. This has only happened in the last two months. Previously I had no problems
