No toolbar

Hello,
I have no toolbar on my browser page and was wondering how to get it back. Plus I am unable to download anything off the internet.

Dear Sir,

Just right click on the above toolbar and select Navigation and Bookmarks toolbar. This will

bring back the toolbars.
