How to switch clock language on computer ?

Hello,
i formatted my computer today and found the clock which is placed on the task bar in arabic I need it back in english and when I went to control panel it said something like this is all sychronized from the internet or from something else?? please hlpe me and thanks a lot!

Go to control panel Click Date time Languege and Regional options then Regional and Languege options in box choice Enlish Us.

Then click Apply .

The Time of your computer now it will be in English

Finish for Click ok
