cell format Closed

Question

Hello,
can any one tell me how to format my cell phone (NOKIA 7610 Supernova)
i tried *3# (call)          and also    *#7370#  . but my phone is not giving response.
are there some other methods to format it.????????????????????
plzzzzzzzzzz help me.......  THANK YOU.

Dear Hameed,

Please try turning off the phone. Press the keys '3', '*' and dial button together while switching on the phone. 

Do not leave the keys until you are indicated on the screen "Formatting". Release the buttons then. It will take 

some three to four minutes to format the phone memory completely.

as you told 3 * call, its not working. i used *#7780# its asking security code, i typed 12345,01234,0000 etc.. nothing worked can u plz tell me the security code? my mobile is nokia 7610 supernova.
