Ipod set up for mac got a windows 7 laptop

Hello,
All my ipod tunes are on my MAC computer. Have a new Toshiba Windows 7 laptop..want to transfer all my songs on my Ipod to new laptop..says it is not synced and have to erase ipod?? How do I get my itunes from my Mac (or Ipod) onto my new laptop?

Apple made iTunes so it will not transfer songs from one computer to another. I would Google "transfer iPod songs" and look for a 3rd party program that will work between a Mac and a Windows PC.

Your goin to want to look around for software that let's u have more control over your music Including transfering songs from iPod-computer instead of computer-iPod ... Tune Tools 2.0 is what I use and is easily used on mac or pc OSs
