try this one...just follow the steps:

RUN >>
type CMD>>
type this in the prompt : notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

then a notepad will appear:
follow the number appear in the lower portion someting like this:
102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1

always start in 127.0.0.1 then the website you're trying to activate or deactivate

example: i'll disable the website youtube.com

127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com

after that click "save" then close all windows

if you wish to enable the website, just delete the website address you typed then click save..

i hope it will help you buddy..thhanksss
