Hello,
I have a problem that my home edition widows xp wont be restored by its recovery disc, I took my laptop to a shop but unfortunately he technition replced my home edition windows by a professional one, can you help to restore my old windows. note: my recovery disc is not working on the professinal windows.

hi there,

is your recovery disk free of scratch?

when you insert it in your cd drive can you see the files

in it correctly or it blocks the pc? please give more information

I can see the files when the dics inserted
