Loss sound in my modbile

Hello,sir!
I have problem with my mobile phone. it can not outside sound!
I think my mobile never fall but it lost the sound when i want to loudly.
how to solve this problem??

Dear Narif,

This could actually be a hardware problem and hence I will advise you to get

it for repair. They will change the defective device and hence solve the matter.
