My ipod songs where deleted

Hello,
my computer got fixed and i had to download itunes again, i had 180 songs in my ipod that tock a lot of work ...then i tried to get new songs on my ipod, and i did but my old 180 songs got deleted on my ipod and i cant find them anywhere.....what should i do to get them back?????????????????????????????????????????????????

iTunes syncs in one direction only from computer to iPod.

Google "recover lost songs on iPod" - you will find programs that claim to be able to recover lost songs.
