Cannot restore windows XP

Hello,
I cannot restore, drag and drop, copy and paste, send to, access Internet, search funcion, help, etc, I have looked at a couple of the solutions, but nothing worked. Have any ideas?

Could you please indicate which applications are actually not working on your

OS and please carry out a virus scan too. This will be helpful to bring to you

the best solution for the specific matter.
