so anyone can give me some details about water cooling system for computers please? for what ive hears its really better and also its for servers is it right? cant it be for personal computers?

First off WC is for any PC that does not run cool enough to your standars, I have a custom WC setup in my home PC. Genarally if you are not a power user (not maxing your and or stessing your system resources) it's not really needed. Overclocking genarally the main reason people switch to WC. It's not hard to do at all, there are a lot of websites that show in detail how to make and or install your custom WC sytem or prebuilt kit. It really depends on how much you are willing to spend.
