Audio compression format

Hello,
hi..please help me to solve my problem about audio on my laptop.how can i fix it..when i enter chatrooms it always says..this computer does not support the required audio compression format...please help me to fix it.im using vista..thanks..i hope you can help me.

you must install a codec for this and update your driver

download codec from link below:

https://ccm.net/download/download-2175-vista-codec-package
