Laptop not booting

Hello,
i have dell 1737 laptop window vista home premium but t is not booting tried cd provided from dell
geting a massage from window boot manager yr file : \window\system32\winload.exe
status oxc0000011 is missing or corrupt .If any body has solution for this problem pls help me . i will be oblised

hi there,

clean the cd and reboot

also i you have a windows vista installation cd

boot from it and make a repair
