Hello,
I have a new 20' monitor and has been working fine for over 6months, now out of the blue when i go to turn on the monitor a second later it turns off/or goes black. What could have caused this?????

Dear Valencia,

This is perhaps occuring from the fact the power supply cable to the monitor is

damaged. Also check the 15 pin monitor cable and the graphics card.
