Errors on the page

Hello,

When I open a web page, some errors appear , i.e, pictures and icons do not open, and a message appear on the bottom of the page. error on page

So, What's the problem?? Thanks in advance for your help

hi there,

you must delete the cookies and clear the cache of your browser

go got tools>internet options

on general tab >setting
