please can anybody help,i have somehow wiped out everything from my laptop when i turn it on all i get is . MISSING OPERATING SYSTEM i have no discs can it be sorted???

You might need a new hard disk and you will need to reinstall Windows from a CD. It's best to take it to a good repair shop.
