Laptop broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
My laptop may be broken, it wont start, the charger blinkers when i plug it into the laptop, i dont know if it is a virus, plz help me!!!!!

Dear Sir,

Please consider changing the battery to see whether the battery's life

is not up. I would be advising you to let it charge for enough time and

turn it on without removing the charger. If it still doesn't work, please

try another charger. This will comfirm the battery problem.

i dont think it is a battery problem, i have but in a usb from previous laptops but his wont turn on but the light comes on makes a noise then turns off, mine wont charge and the charger blinks when it is inserted into the latop and the light for charging is not coming up on my laptop.
