Hello, while using my PC it randomly decided to go blank, and then the blue error screen came up, i restarted the PC in an attempt run windows normally and if that failed in safe up mode but could not choose any options as the keyboard and mouse were both dis functional. so i waited for the countdown timer to run out and automatically run windows normally, it started up like usual and then all of a sudden the blue error screen appeared again. Ive restarted it multiple times and nothing has changed.
Any ideas???
Ive tried a different keyboard and that does not work, and both keyboards do work in this PC. The mouse is lit up until the "run windows normally" screen appears.
I tried to boot the PC from the boot disk, when it got to the screen saying "to boot PC from disk press any key" i then realized i had a real problem, as mentioned before, keyboard was dis functional and i could not press any key. I'm getting annoyed here please help.
