Window screen go black when open laptop

Hello,
i have window vista installed o my compaq hp laptop.
When i start my laptop it showed window open bue aftersome time blank screen come.
What can i do for solving above problem.

hi there,

remove and clean your ram stick

also remove battery before doing so

then resit back and restart machine
